1st attempt to make Swedish Cinnamon Buns




I missed the cinnamon buns when I was in Denmark and Malmo, Sweden. This is my first attempt to make the Swedish Cinnamon Buns. Looks abit dark but at least it tasted yummy. "Smaskens" :-)

 P.s. Smaskens means Yummy in Swedish.

Here's the ingredients:

400ml milk
110g butter
7g dried yeast
110g sugar
750g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg (For glazing)

For the filling :
110g butter
90g sugar
2tblsp cinnamon
